Makani Beach club
An experience Inspired by the best beach club worldwide

Makani is a visual and architectural experience that channels the essence of the world’s most iconic beach clubs from Ibiza to Tulum to the Maldives. A harmonious blend of wood, nature, and modern design creates a small oasis in the Caribbean Sea, where relaxation, rest, and entertainment meet effortlessly. It’s located in Tierra Bomba, twenty minutes from Cartagena.
Its facilities are versatile and well-planned, ideal for hosting events, wellness retreats, and destination weddings. Each space within the club serves a purpose and is thoughtfully connected to the next, creating a seamless flow that enhances every type of experience.
Makani’s rooms offer a luxurious yet minimalist approach to comfort. Some include private terraces, jacuzzis, and balconies, perfect spots for working remotely, resting, or simply finding inspiration with a sea view.
Whether you’re traveling with family, as a couple, or with friends, Makani is perfect for both day trips and overnight stays. Its expansive pool and stylish lounging areas invite guests to enjoy their space at their own pace. The dining menu combines Caribbean flavors with Mediterranean influences, offering something for every palate.
A downside from Makani is not having a private dock. As a result, when arriving on large boats or private yachts with deeper drafts, it is necessary to transfer to a smaller boat that drops guests off directly on the shore. While the process is smooth and well-coordinated, it may be less convenient for those expecting direct access. However, this is by no means an obstacle to enjoying a pleasant and unforgettable stay. The overall experience, service, and ambiance more than make up for this logistical detail.
